Market Update April 2008
The residential housing and condo markets continue to press on.
1,243 houses sold in April 2008 as compared to 1,252 in April 2007. The average selling price increased to $316,757 from $295,174 a year earlier. A 7.3% increase.
Condominiums continued their increase, as well. 318 units sold in April 2008 as compared to 303 in April 2007. The average selling price increased to $210,661 from $202,429 in April 2007.
